WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER?
We cover 15 miles from BB2, Blackburn, Lancashire. I have traveled to Broadbottom and Alderley Edge for a small additional cost to cover petrol (please contact me for a quote prior to booking).
HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED?
Each wigwam requires 1.8m x 1m. If you would like us to take a look at your available space then you can send us pictures or videos of your space.
WHAT IS THE HIRE PERIOD?
We will deliver your magical party wigwam experience after 3pm on the day of your party. We will contact you shortly before to confirm time of drop off. We will collect the following morning around between 10 and 12, times to be confirmed at booking.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
On average our parties take an average of 45 minutes to set up dependent upon the theme ordered.
HOW DO I SECURE MY PARTY BOOKING?
We require full payment to secure your booked date and a £50 damage deposit is required. This will be refunded upon collection.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment by either bank transfer or pay on the website www.wigwamwinks.com with Debit /Credit card or Paypal.
CAN I USE THE WIGWAMS OUTSIDE?
Unfortunately not, they are not waterproof and are designed for indoor glamping purposes only.
DO GUESTS NEED TO TAKE ANYTHING?
Nothing is required, normally guests would provide their own Pyjamas, favourite bedtime teddy, change of clothes and toothbrush.
WHAT THEMES DO YOU HAVE?

DO YOU NEED A POWER SUPPLY?
No all lighting is provided with batteries.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel when you have paid the full amount we are unable to refund any monies to you.
